Prior to joining Oceanfront Group, Oxana Zaslavsky Obolevitch began her real estate career at One Sotheby’s International Realty in 2015, focusing on luxury real estate properties spanning between Miami-Dade and Broward County. During her time at One Sotheby’s, Oxana was recognized as the #1 sales agent in the Sunny Isles office several times and was routinely one of its top producers. Apart from her vast knowledge of the resale real estate market, she has also worked directly with developers and closed many pre-construction deals. 

Oxana has served not only local clients but also those across the world who are interested in calling Miami their new home or investing in its unique, high-end, waterfront properties. She’s built strong relationships with each of her clients, with many of them returning to her after closing deals because they trust her diligence, integrity, and ability to negotiate the best deals for them again and again.

Oxana was born in Russia and attended Far Eastern Federal University in Vladivostok, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Geography and Ecology. She moved to North Miami Beach almost 20 years ago and has resided here since, contributing to her thorough knowledge of the area’s real estate market.
