Casa Tua, the iconic Italian restaurant in Miami Beach, has partnered with Fortune International to launch ORA, a luxury condo tower in the business district of Brickell, Miami. 
The 70-story tower will feature approximately 460 residences with four curated food concepts by Casa Tua, resort-style pool experience, and short-term rental flexibility. ORA aims to appeal to younger demographics, especially world travelers and those frequenting Airbnb properties.
The starting price point for the units is $800,000, with units ranging from 500-square-foot studios to 2,400-square-foot, 4-bedroom sky homes. The tower will feature luxury amenities such as a rooftop pool with cabanas, a sky garden, a fitness center, a private event space, and an entertainment lounge. 

Construction is expected to begin by the end of 2023 or early 2024.
